Hey all,
For those of you who are not gonna make it here, I just wanted to pass on some info of whats happening... Cold, of course.... But, NO snow ! ! ! (LOL). Anyway, we started out here, getting in Thursday, after leaving early so to MISS that reported storm that hit our area again. Then, Friday night with Dallas Moore at the Iron Horse.. Dallas KICKED ASS, and the Horse has invited them to come back already ! ! ! ! ! ! I THINK there is a 'NEW' I.H. band in town.......... Yesterday, we started off by going over to Mickey & Teresa's house, and Dallas and the gang showed up for breakfast with us all. Later, we all sat around, and Mick, Dallas and thr guys all got out their guitars, and started pickin the day away. Deb and I left, to check into our Timeshare, by about 6:30 PM, and I heard the party went on there at Micks, till well after MIDNIGHT ! ! ! ! Was a GREAT first night at Bike Week 2010 ! ! ! ! Tonight is a nother night for Dallas at the Horse....
JUST spoke to Kevin & Debbie, and they are here & ready to party ! ! ! Heard Chief & Steph are here too.... So, the week will be pretty much in gear tonight, for the rest of the week. I took over 120 pics Friday night, but this laptop (for whatever reasons) will NOT let me download from the memory card in my camera. So, I gave all the pics to Mick & Teresa, and IF they can scan them in, they might post them for me till I get back home to do it. LOOK at my photobucket site, as that is where I WILL post them, once I can get them all online. But, more great nights to come. Rained yesterday, and today has been much sunnier. HOPE the rest of the week stays that way.
DAVID is supposed to be in today, sometime. Havent heard anything from him... yet....... He plays tomorrow, through the rest of the week, till next Sunday's afternoon show. Then, its back to reality, and all the snow, I suppose.
But for now, it's PARTY TIME ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! Will hopefully have more to report as the week goes on. Time to GO ! ! !

Ready for DAC week.

OK, night two...... Dallas kicked some SERIOUS A**, literally.......I thought the other night was good. But last night, JB Walker invited Dallas up to do a few numbers with him, and later Dallas invited JB up, and it was freakin' knockout ! ! ! The place was ROCKIN ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! They even had Nick (David's sound guy) up onstage with them before the night was over.... And DAVID hasn't even hit the stage yet.. WHAT a week this is gonna be ! ! ! ! I have close to 250 pics of Dallas so far. Tonight, we start out with David, after seeing Dallas at the 'Broken Spoke' earlier in the evening.....I should have a S***Load of pics till the week is though. I just HOPE the camera can keep up with it all. Hell, I hope ~I~ can keep up with this all ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! I think Dallas Moore is gonna be the NEW face of Bike Weeks to come... Really, I do. As much as I still love to hear David do his thing, I can see these guys playing here in another 20 years......... I think they represent the future of Bike Week. Anyway, tonight starts David's 'reign' over this little bunch (about 4-500 thousand) people, for the rest of the week. Its gonna be great ! ! ! The weather has turned warmer, the people are out at the pool in bathing suits, and it's all GOOD here ! ! ! WILL post pics, SOON as I can get them into my home computer, and onto our photobucket site, later next week. And long as noone objects, I will continue to post what's happening here, for the rest of the time we are here. (Sunday). ALL I can say is, Ya SHOULDA BEEN HERE ! ! ! ! ! ! !
